Butler Snow is pleased to announce Michael J. Busada has been elected to serve an additional three-year term on the Shreveport-Bossier Military Affairs Council board of directors.
The Shreveport-Bossier Military Affairs Council was established in 1986 by the Shreveport and Bossier City Chambers of Commerce for the purpose of serving as the primary liaison between the civilian/business community and the commanders of Barksdale Air Force Base.
Mike is a member of the firm’s business department and practices within the public finance, tax incentives and credit markets group. He focuses his practice on public finance, economic development and administrative law.
Mike is a member of the National Association of Bond Lawyers, the American Bar Association, the Louisiana Bar Association, the Shreveport Bar Association and the Committee of 100 of Louisiana. He received his bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.
