Keishunna R. Webster to Speak at National Business Institute’s Seminar on Personal Injury

Butler Snow is pleased to announce Keishunna R. Webster will speak at the National Business Institute’s Personal Injury 101 seminar May 14 in Pearl, Miss.

Keishunna will present two sessions at the seminar. The first, titled “Legislative, Case Law and Regulatory Trends and Developments,” will focus on accident injury, products liability, premises liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death. The second, titled “Medical Records in Case Law,” will focus on how to obtain, analyze and use medical records in motions, depositions and at trial.

Keishunna is a member of the firm’s Tort, Transportation, and Specialized Litigation practice group and frequently defends common carrier transportation fleets in matters involving complex personal injury, catastrophic losses and wrongful death matters. She is also experienced in defending landowners in a wide variety of premises liability cases, running the gamut from simple slip and falls to negligent security cases involving violent crimes. Keishunna has been recognized by Super Lawyers® as a Mid-South Rising Star in general litigation and was named a Top 40 Under 40 by The National Black Lawyers.

Keishunna is a member of the American Bar Association, The Mississippi Bar and the Capital Area Bar Association. She received her bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Belhaven College, her master’s from Jackson State University and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Mississippi.
