Butler Snow is pleased to announce Katelyn E. Marshall has joined the American Cancer Society’s associate board of ambassadors – Nashville.
The American Cancer Society is the nation’s largest community-based voluntary health organization and has played a role in virtually every groundbreaking cancer advancement. With volunteers as its backbone, the society tackles all cancers on all fronts to eliminate it as a major health problem by preventing the disease, saving lives and diminishing suffering. The associate board of ambassadors is a group of young professionals that support the mission and programs of the American Cancer Society through fundraising initiatives and positive public relations.
Katie is a member of the firm’s litigation department and practices within the pharmaceutical, medical device and health care litigation group. She received her Juris Doctor from Vanderbilt University Law School where she was the publishing editor of Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law.
Katie is a member of the American Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina.
