Butler Snow hires former Tennessee regulator
US law firm Butler Snow has hired former insurance regulator Ben Whitehouse to lead its newly-launched captive insurance practice.
Whitehouse, who previously served as supervising attorney and assistant general counsel of the Tennessee Department of Commerce & Insurance, has joined the firm’s Nashville office.
He has previously enjoyed stints as a trial attorney in the law enforcement and special prosecutions division at the State of Tennessee as well as assistant general counsel at the State Department of Commerce and Insurance.
