Butler Snow is pleased to announce that Diane K. Pappayliou has joined the firm’s Wilmington office. She will practice with the firm’s tort, transportation and specialized litigation group.
Prior to joining Butler Snow, Diane represented clients in a variety of litigation matters, including maritime, corporate, insurance defense, municipal and transportation disputes. She also has experience in a wide range of business transaction and estate planning issues.
Diane received her bachelor’s degree from Davidson College and her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Elon University School of Law, where she was Editor-in-Chief of the Elon Law Review. She is licensed to practice in North Carolina and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of North Carolina. Diane is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, New Hanover County Bar Association, and Coastal Chapter of the North Carolina Association of Women Attorneys.
