Myeloma Crowdcare Foundation’s patient education forum held at Butler Snow

Patients as partners in drug innovation can lead to better outcomes. Thanks to Myeloma Crowdcare Foundation and its founder Jenny Ahlstrom for hosting its patient education forum held at Butler Snow.

Patients learned from top myeloma experts Faith Davies, Noopur Raje and Gareth Morgan about topics such as understanding multiple myeloma, genomics, and monitoring your disease.

The group discussed monoclonal antibodies and immunotherapy, personalized medicine and determining the right therapy strategies.

Developing cures for patients means caring about the patient experience.  Emerging FDA regulations will place more emphasis on “patient voice” in clinical trials. Butler Snow’s Lifescience Team works with patient groups and researchers to build these key relationships in order to bring cures to market faster.
