Donald Clark Jr. has been re-elected to serve as chairman of the firm until January 2020. Clark has served in the role since 2006. During this period, Butler Snow has grown from three offices and 140 attorneys to 24 offices and more than 330 attorneys; garnered numerous awards and accolades; expanded its business advisory subsidiary, Butler Snow Advisory Services, into Nashville and Memphis; and launched an economic development firm, VisionFirst Advisors, led by former Gov. Haley Barbour and former Florida Secretary of Commerce Gray Swoope.
