Butler Snow is pleased to announce that Christopher L. McLemore has been shortlisted as Lawyer of the Year – Partner in the third annual Future Leaders Awards by Citywealth magazine.
Citywealth is a private wealth management publication featuring annual financial awards, power women, networking clubs and training seminars. The Future Leaders Awards originated in 2015 in order to champion professionals under 40 in all facets of the private wealth industry – investment management, law, trust and private banking sector in the U.K. The contest’s philosophy is to recognize and support future leaders who are outstanding at their work and also make a meaningful contribution to society. The submissions are judged by a panel of wealth management professionals in the private sector.
McLemore advises clients on domestic and international tax planning for individuals, trusts and estates. His practice areas include wealth transfer planning, tax and estates and trusts. He is a member of the American Bar Association as well as the New York State Bar Association. McLemore earned his undergraduate degree from Kansas State University and his Master’s in Public Policy Analysis from the University of Denver. He received his Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School, cum laude in 2007.
