Butler Snow is pleased to announce Beau C. Creson has been selected to the Nashville Bar Foundation Leadership Forum’s class of 2017-2018.
Twenty-five local attorneys have been selected for the nine-month professional development program that begins Sept. 28, and meets monthly through May 2018.
The program is in its fourth year, and offers an innovative opportunity to learn, collaborate, network, and serve both the local community and legal profession. It is intended for lawyers with three to eight years of experience, and encourages diversity and relationship building for attorneys with diverse backgrounds and practices.
The mission of the Nashville Bar Foundation is to support and expand the provision of law-related educational and charitable programs and services that promote the knowledge, understanding, and respect for the law among students, the general public, and the legal community; to preserve the honor and integrity of the legal profession; to foster collegiality among members of the legal profession; and to improve the administration of justice throughout the greater Nashville area.
Creson is a commercial litigation trial attorney. He focuses his practice on complex business litigation, data breach litigation, fiduciary duty claims and arbitration. He is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association and the Harry Phillips American Inn of Court. Creson is admitted to practice in Tennessee and the U.S. District Court of Tennessee: middle, eastern and western.
Creson has been recognized as a Mid-South Rising Star by Super Lawyers® and has also been named a Young Lawyer’s Division Enterprise Award recipient by the Nashville Bar Association.
