Butler Snow attorney Martina Hinojosa has been named a member of the first board of directors for the young lawyers division of the Colorado Lawyers Committee. Hinojosa will serve as special projects team co-chair.
The mission of the YLD is to empower passionate young lawyers to make a difference for children and the underserved through education, advocacy and systemic change. The YLD focuses on attracting attorneys and law students younger than 40 or those who have been in practice for less than eight years. YLD members have the opportunity to work on the following specialty teams: fundraising and events, non-profit legal audit and special projects, public relations, hate crimes education, Denver Legal Night and strategic planning.
Martina Hinojosa is a member of the public finance, incentives and tax credits group at Butler Snow. She is admitted to practice in Colorado. Hinojosa earned her undergraduate degree from Rice University, master’s degree from Harvard University and Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School.
