Butler Snow is proud to announce three of our Nashville based attorneys were recognized at this year’s Nashville Bar Association Annual Meeting and Banquet. Beau Creson, April Knox and Erin Palmer Polly were celebrated for their excellent work on behalf of the NBA.
Beau C. Creson received the Enterprise Award from the Young Lawyers Division. Creson’s work on the Law Day Project earned him the Enterprise Award, which is given to a member of the Board of the Young Lawyers Division who has demonstrated an enterprising spirit over the previous year. Creson is a commercial litigation trial attorney, focusing his practice on complex business litigation, data breach litigation, fiduciary duty claims and arbitration.
April Knox was named Secretary of the NBA at this year’s Annual Meeting and Banquet. The President of the NBA chose Knox for the appointment from almost 2,500 other members. Knox’s practice areas include employment litigation, employment counseling, labor and employment and commercial litigation.
Erin Palmer Polly served on the Board of the NBA this past year. Polly received a President’s award for her work and leadership on the successful new social committee created by NBA members this year. The President of the NBA personally chooses recipients of the President’s award. Polly has been recognized for her work in litigation as an AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and as a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star. Her practice areas include commercial litigation, civil rights, professional liability and general litigation.
