Trammel Hoehn Joins Butler Snow in Nashville

Butler Snow is pleased to announceTrammel Hoehn, Jr. has joined the firm’s Nashville office, and will practice with the firm’s government relations group.

Hoehn previously served as legislative liaison for the Tennessee Department of Finance and Administration, where he managed all legislative matters and liaisons for the department.  During his time with the Department of Finance and Administration, Hoehn helped to draft and lobby legislation, including the 2013 Accountability Act and TennCare Fraud legislation.  His responsibilities included managing the Governor’s legislative agenda for the Finance, Ways and Means, Government Operations, and Commerce Committees, and the House Agriculture and Natural Resources Subcommittee.

“Hoehn’s first-hand experience with the Tennessee legislature and other state decision makers establishes him as an ideal addition to our Nashville team” said Donald Clark, Jr., chairman of Butler Snow. “His understanding of government issues will prove valuable in helping our clients successfully navigate legislative matters.”

Hoehn earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis, Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law.
