Butler Snow is pleased to announce Martina Hinojosa has joined the firm in Denver, and will practice with the public finance, tax incentives and credit markets group.
Hinojosa’s experience includes legal positions with Colorado firms and the Denver City Attorney’s Office, where she provided legal counsel to city agencies on municipal law, real estate and economic development issues.
“Martina is a great addition to the firm, and offers strong expertise to our public finance group,” said Donald Clark, Jr., chairman of Butler Snow. “Her experience in working with, representing and providing legal counsel to governmental entities will be a valuable asset to our clients.”
Hinojosa earned her undergraduate degree from Rice University, master’s degree from Harvard University and Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado Law School. She was director for the Center for Art and Community Partnership in Boston, and an education pioneers fellow in the Office of Transformation Management for Washington, D.C. Public Schools.
Hinojosa serves on the Access to Justice Committee of the Denver Bar Association, is a mentor with the Law School Si Se Puede law school pipeline program, and is a member of the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association, the Colorado Women’s Bar Association and the Denver Great Kids Head Start Policy Council.
