Butler Snow Attorneys Named BTI Client Service All-Stars

Butler Snow attorneys Charles F. Johnson, III and James J. Lawless, Jr.  have been named BTI 2014 Client Service All-Stars. They are two of only 330 attorneys in the United States to receive this honor

Johnson and Lawless are members of the firm’s Healthcare Regulatory and Transactions Group and Pharmaceutical Medical Device and Healthcare Industry Team.

Johnson focuses his practice on pharmaceutical and medical devices, biotechnology and life sciences, joint ventures and strategic collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, healthcare operations and compliance, physician practice management, and corporate law.  He is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell, has been named in The Best Lawyers in America® for corporate law, healthcare law, and mergers and acquisitions, and has been named in Chamber USA, America’s Leading Lawyers for Business for corporate and commercial law.  This is his second time to be named a BTI Client Service All-Star. Johnson earned both his undergraduate degree and his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi.

Lawless focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, business and commercial transactions, joint ventures and strategic collaborations, corporate law, and business planning and operations. He is AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and was also named a BTI Client Service All-Star in 2012.  Lawless earned his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University and his Juris Doctor from American University.
