Butler, Snow, O’Mara, Stevens & Cannada, PLLC – which recently expanded its Nashville office to more than 40 attorneys – has entered into a long-term lease at The Pinnacle at Symphony Place. The firm will occupy the 15th and 16th floors encompassing more than 46,000square feet in the 29-story building, Nashville’s only Class AA office tower and LEED Gold certified skyscraper.

Construction of Butler Snow’s space will begin very soon, and the law firm plans to move to its new offices in March of 2013. “The Pinnacle at Symphony Place is a premier fixture in Nashville’s skyline, and we are thrilled to be part of this beautiful downtown landmark,” said Donald Clark, Jr., Chairman of Butler Snow.

“Our attorneys and staff look forward to our new location. With our expansion plans, it was essential to find a signature location that could support our future growth and one that is highly accessible for our clients,” said Dan Elrod, a leading member of Butler Snow’s Nashville team, who serves on the firm’s Executive Committee, which establishes firm governance, policy and strategic direction.

Butler Snow recently expanded its Nashville office to 43 attorneys, and now has nearly 100 in Tennessee. With this expansion, Butler Snow became one of the largest firms in the state and among the largest in the country, with over 230attorneys practicing in 13offices nationwide. The firm was recently ranked by TheNational Law Journal 250 – an annual survey of the country’s largest law firms.

The Pinnacle is now 80 percent leased, announced Gerald Goldman, managing director, Canyon Capital Realty Advisors/Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds, the Los-Angeles-based investment firm behind The Pinnacle. “The Pinnacle continues to attract the region’s leading firms, and Butler Snow is an excellent addition to an already impressive tenant roster.
