In addition, the firm frequently assists publicly-held companies and their directors, officers, and principal shareholders with their SEC periodic reporting requirements, compliance with the Section 16 insider trading rules, and resales of restricted stock.

Members of this group also have extensive experience in the formation of new banks and bank holding companies, as well as with other issues relating to capital planning and formation.  Our attorneys have extensive knowledge relating to the products and services banks can offer their customers in many areas, including insurance, securities, electronic banking, payment systems, consumer and commercial lending, and real estate.
