Butler Snow Client Acquires Real Estate Development in a Chapter 11 Case - One aspect of our bankruptcy practice is to represent clients who seek to acquire properties or businesses at reasonable prices through bankruptcy cases. Butler Snow recently closed on a real estate transaction in which our client purchased a 42-unit real estate development through a stalking horse bid and auction procedure in a Chapter 11 case.
