Butler Snow to Host Webinars On Upcoming Changes In Reg. Z, RESPA and HDMA Affecting Mortgage Lending
Butler Snow will host two informational webinars, on Wednesday, July 8, and Thursday, July 16, both from 2:00 - 4:30 p.m., regarding the upcoming changes in Reg. Z, RESPA and HMDA affecting mortgage lending. The training will cover the following topics: - Early disclosure under Reg. Z
- Higher priced mortgage loan requirements
- Home loan servicing agreements, and
- RESPA changes
Time permitting, additional topics including home loan advertising disclosures and proposed requirements for registration of mortgage loan originators will be discussed as well. Hudson Featured Presenter at ACI Mass Tort Conference
Butler Snow attorney Eric E. Hudson will co-present "Minimizing the Threat of Medical Monitoring Damages and Plaintiff Recruitment" at the upcoming American Conference Institute's seminar Managing and Resolving Mass Tort Products Liability Claims.
