Butler Snow to Host Webinars On Upcoming Changes In Reg. Z, RESPA and HDMA Affecting Mortgage Lending

Butler Snow will host two informational webinars, on Wednesday, July 8, and Thursday, July 16, both from 2:00 - 4:30 p.m., regarding the upcoming changes in Reg. Z, RESPA and HMDA affecting mortgage lending.  The training will cover the following topics:

  • Early disclosure under Reg. Z
  • Higher priced mortgage loan requirements
  • Home loan servicing agreements, and
  • RESPA changes

Time permitting, additional topics including home loan advertising disclosures and proposed requirements for registration of mortgage loan originators will be discussed as well.

Presented by Butler Snow Attorney, Cliff Harrison, and Banking Specialist, Patsy Parkin.

Registration is required.  Cost is $450 per bank for one phone connection.  Additional charges apply for multiple phone line connections.

Bob Frey A Featured Author in The Mississippi Lawyer

Butler Snow Attorney Robert M.
