Butler Snow's Stimulus Team attorneys featured speakers at upcoming CDFA's Annual Development Finance Summit

Butler Snow attorneys John England, Jet Hollingsworth and Kim Smith are featured speakers at the Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA) Annual Development Finance Summit in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, May 5-7, 2009.

England, Hollingsworth and Smith, members of Butler Snow's Public Law and Finance Group, will present "Economic Stimulus 101:  The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009" to be held May 6, 2008, from 2:15 - 3:30 p.m., at the Omni William Penn Hotel.

Now in its 23rd year, the Annual Summit continues to be the premier nationwide gathering of economic development finance professionals from the public, private and non-profit sectors.

Hudson Featured Presenter at ACI Mass Tort Conference

Butler Snow attorney Eric E. Hudson will co-present "Minimizing the Threat of Medical Monitoring Damages and Plaintiff Recruitment" at the upcoming American Conference Institute's seminar Managing and Resolving Mass Tort Products Liability Claims.  Hudson, a member of Butler Snow's Commercial Litigation Group, has extensive experience as counsel for a number of large corporations in various mass tort cases.

Machelle D. Shields and Denise D.
