Butler Snow to Host ABA IP Roundtable in Memphis office

Butler Snow is set to host the American Bar Association's Intellectual Property Roundtable on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 in the firm's Memphis office.  Craig Grossman, a member of Butler Snow's IP group, will moderate the discussion on " Not Just for Hackers Anymore? Use of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act to Respond to Theft of Information."

Bob Frey A Featured Author in The Mississippi Lawyer

Butler Snow Attorney Robert M. Frey was featured recently in The Mississippi Lawyer, a publication of the Mississippi Bar.  His article, titled Improper Closing Argument in Civil Trial: A Trial Notebook Summary of Mississippi Case Law can be downloaded by clicking here.  Frey is a member of the firm's Appellate and Written Advocacy Group where he focuses his practice in the areas of insurance sales practices, claims-handling and coverage, commercial dispute resolution and litigation, and federal jurisdiction.
