IT Director to Present on Firm's 'Green' Efforts
Butler Snow's Director of Information Technology, Ken Jones, is a featured speaker at the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants's Memphis Business and Industry Conference Sept. 19, 2008. Jones will present "Who Said It's Not Easy Being Green?" an overview of how "going green" not only preserves the environment but also results in better business practices. In his presentation, Jones will outline some of the steps Butler Snow has taken to further our green campaign. Bob Frey A Featured Author in The Mississippi Lawyer
Butler Snow Attorney Robert M. Frey was featured recently in The Mississippi Lawyer, a publication of the Mississippi Bar. His article, titled Improper Closing Argument in Civil Trial: A Trial Notebook Summary of Mississippi Case Law can be downloaded by clicking here. Nealey Contributes to MDLA Quarterly
Butler Snow Attorney LeAnn W. Nealey recently authored an article for the MDLA Quarterly, a publication of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association (MDLA), titled "Preserving Summary Judgment Based on the Exclusion of Expert Testimony."
