Butler Snow Attorney Featured Speaker at Upcoming TIPLA Seminar
Butler Snow attorney Cara R. Baer is a featured speaker at the Spring 2008 CLE Seminar of the Tennessee Intellectual Property Law Association. Baer, a member of Butler Snow's Intellectual Property and Technology Group and an At-Large member of TIPLA's Board of Directors, will present "Recent Developments in Trademark and Copyright Law," to be held May 2, 2008, at the offices of Boult, Cummings, Conners & Berry, PLC, in Nashville.

Bob Frey A Featured Author in The Mississippi Lawyer
Butler Snow Attorney Robert M. Frey was featured recently in The Mississippi Lawyer, a publication of the Mississippi Bar. His article, titled Improper Closing Argument in Civil Trial: A Trial Notebook Summary of Mississippi Case Law can be downloaded by clicking here. Nealey Contributes to MDLA Quarterly
Butler Snow Attorney LeAnn W. Nealey recently authored an article for the MDLA Quarterly, a publication of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association (MDLA), titled "Preserving Summary Judgment Based on the Exclusion of Expert Testimony." Nealey is a member of the firm's Appellate and Written Advocacy Group where she focuses her practice on appellate advocacy, product liability and environmental law.
