Butler Snow Attorneys Featured in Upcoming Trucking Litigation Seminar
Butler Snow Attorneys Willie T. Abston and Arthur D. Spratlin, Jr. are featured speakers in the upcoming Lorman seminar Trucking Litigation and D.O.T. Regulations in Mississippi. Abston will present "Overview of Trucking Litigation: Plaintiff and Defense Perspective," and Spratlin will share insights in "What's in the Black Box? A Show and Tell With Event Data Recorders and Electronic Control Modules." The seminar will bring together veteran litigators to discuss the complexities of the federal and state regulations pertaining to the trucking industry. The seminar is scheduled for May 29, 2008. Bob Frey A Featured Author in The Mississippi Lawyer
Butler Snow Attorney Robert M. Frey was featured recently in The Mississippi Lawyer, a publication of the Mississippi Bar. His article, titled Improper Closing Argument in Civil Trial: A Trial Notebook Summary of Mississippi Case Law can be downloaded by clicking here. Butler Snow Attorney LeAnn W.
