Butler Snow Attorney Modak-Truran Featured Speaker at Winfred L. Wiser Society Fall Conference in Negril, Jamaica

Bob Frey A Featured Author in The Mississippi Lawyer
Butler Snow Attorney Robert M. Frey was featured recently in The Mississippi Lawyer, a publication of the Mississippi Bar. His article, titled Improper Closing Argument in Civil Trial: A Trial Notebook Summary of Mississippi Case Law can be downloaded by clicking here. Butler Snow Attorney LeAnn W. Nealey recently authored an article for the MDLA Quarterly, a publication of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association (MDLA), titled "Preserving Summary Judgment Based on the Exclusion of Expert Testimony."
