Noel Named A Top Business Litigator By MBQ

Memphis - Attorney Randall D. Noel of Butler Snow’s Memphis office was named a top business litigator on the Memphis Business Quarterly’s Spring 2008 Players List.  Noel was one of only 14 attorneys in the Memphis area to make the list.

Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department and a member of the Commercial Litigation Group, Noel adds recognition by the MBQ to a long list of distinctions, including The Best Lawyers in America (Commercial Litigation), Chambers USA (General Commercial), Mid-South Super Lawyers (Business Litigation) and Who’s Who in American Law

Recognition on MBQ’s Players List denotes “go-to” status as “the one person you want as your general when you wade into legal battle.”  Noel’s inclusion on the list signifies representation of “a top-notch firm and a team of excellent attorneys and supporting members.”

A graduate of The University of Mississippi School of Law, Noel has represented his firm and Memphis in legal associations on a national level for years.  He has served in the American Counsel Association (President, 1996-97), the Southern Conference of Bar Presidents (President, 1999-2000), the American Bar Association (Standing Committee on Federal Judiciary, 2003-06; Council Member of the Litigation Section, 2003-06; House of Delegates) and the American Judicature Society (Board of Directors, 1992-96).

Noel is a Fellow of the American Bar Association, the Tennessee Bar Association and the Memphis Bar Association.
