Chambers Ranks 27 Butler Snow Attorney As Leaders

Chambers USA 2008 ranks 26 attorneys from Butler, Snow, O'Mara, Stevens & Cannada, PLLC, as leaders in their fields and singles out seven practice areas for special recognition.  In addition, Butler Snow is ranked nationally among the top firms in Product Liability, and Christy D. Jones, chair of the firm’s Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Healthcare Industry Department, is recognized for national leadership in that field.

Butler Snow’s real estate practice was listed among the best in both Mississippi and Tennessee.  Mississippi practice areas receiving special recognition included Corporate/Commercial, Environment, General Commercial Litigation and Labor and Employment.  The firm’s healthcare practice was listed as among the best in Tennessee.

Bob Frey A Featured Author in The Mississippi Lawyer

Butler Snow Attorney Robert M. Butler Snow Attorney LeAnn W. Nealey recently authored an article for the MDLA Quarterly, a publication of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association (MDLA), titled "Preserving Summary Judgment Based on the Exclusion of Expert Testimony."  Nealey is a member of the firm's Appellate and Written Advocacy Group where she focuses her practice on appellate advocacy, product liability and environmental law.
