Trey Bourn published in DRI's In-House Defense Quarterly
Trey Bourn, a member of Product Liability Group in the Jackson office of Butler, Snow, O’Mara, Stevens and Cannada, PLLC, was recently published in the Fall 2007 edition of the Defense Research Institute’s In-House Defense Quarterly.
Bourn contributed "After The Recall: What Do We Do Now?" an article that focused on the actions of corporate counsel in the aftermath of a product recall.
As a member of the Defense Research Institute, Bourn is active in the Recreational Products Specialized Litigation Group and the Scaffolding, Cranes and Aerial Devices Specialized Litigation Group, serving as a member of the Steering Committees for both groups. Bourn is currently serving a two-year term on the Board of Directors for the Young Lawyers Division of the Mississippi Bar, and has served as President and on the Board of Directors of Jackson Young Lawyers. A 2000 law graduate of the University of Mississippi, Bourn served as Editor-in-Chief of the Mississippi Law Journal.

Butler Snow Attorneys Featured in Upcoming Trucking Litigation Seminar
Butler Snow Attorneys Willie T. Abston and Arthur D. Spratlin, Jr. are featured speakers in the upcoming Lorman seminar Trucking Litigation and D.O.T. Regulations in Mississippi. Abston will present "Overview of Trucking Litigation: Plaintiff and Defense Perspective," and Spratlin will share insights in "What's in the Black Box?
