Christy Jones Leads IADC Webinar On Anatomy Of A Drug Trial
August 29 from 1 to 2:30 p.m. EST - Christy Jones of Butler Snow, along with Tripp Haston of Bradley Arant, LLP will be conducting a webinar on “Anatomy of a Drug Trial”. This is a CLE course that will include a discussion of the recent pharmaceutical mass tort trials. Topics discussed during the CLE program will have broad application to anyone who represents pharmaceutical and device manufacturers. The presenters will discuss jury selection (including juror research), opening and closing statements, witness examination, expert witnesses, and post trial briefing.

Bob Frey A Featured Author in The Mississippi Lawyer
Butler Snow Attorney Robert M. Frey was featured recently in The Mississippi Lawyer, a publication of the Mississippi Bar. His article, titled Improper Closing Argument in Civil Trial: A Trial Notebook Summary of Mississippi Case Law can be downloaded by clicking here. Nealey Contributes to MDLA Quarterly
Butler Snow Attorney LeAnn W. Nealey recently authored an article for the MDLA Quarterly, a publication of the Mississippi Defense Lawyers Association (MDLA), titled "Preserving Summary Judgment Based on the Exclusion of Expert Testimony." Nealey is a member of the firm's Appellate and Written Advocacy Group where she focuses her practice on appellate advocacy, product liability and environmental law.
