Butler Snow Continues Memphis Growth With Expanded Office Space in Crescent Center
At a time when other firms are reducing or eliminating their Memphis presence, the Butler Snow Law Firm continues its Memphis growth. The firm, now with 40 attorneys locally based, recently expanded to a full floor in the Crescent Center, adding additional conference space and offices for up to 20 more attorneys. “Butler Snow has grown steadily in Memphis, and we expect that growth to continue,” said Randy Noel, a partner in Butler Snow’s Memphis office. “This growth brought a need for more office space for attorneys, more work areas for support staff, and additional conference space. Our Crescent Center expansion gives us that.” Expansion includes a state-of-the-art client conference center equipped with the latest technology. “The technology used in the client conference center reinforces our longstanding commitment to technology as a means to better serve our clients” said Noel. The conference space includes two large conference rooms and ten additional small to mid-size rooms. Two rooms are fully equipped for video conferencing and other rooms include various AV functionality. “This increased footprint also demonstrates our commitment to Memphis,” according to Don Clark, Butler Snow’s firm chairman. “We are particularly excited about the growth opportunities for our healthcare, intellectual property, and trade practices. Memphis already is a global leader in medical devices and international trade. Memphis’ medical research community is poised for growth. We are well positioned to serve the unique needs of those markets, and their growth also will increase opportunities for our corporate and employment law practices.” The expansion increased the firm’s floor space from roughly 31,000 square feet to 42,000 square feet, with an option to increase their space in the future. The firm recently hosted TargetED, InvestED, CommittED, a reception honoring the Memphis Regional Chamber and Chairman Charles Burkett.
