  • Defense jury verdict in Fair Labor Standards Act case regarding overtime and retaliation claims (Davis v. U-Haul Company of Mississippi, 2006).
  • Shoe Show, malicious prosecution and abuse of process case, summary judgment, 2004.
  • Microtek Medical, Inc. v. 3M Co., 942 So. 2d 122 (Miss. 2006) breach of contract case, represented 3M Co. in trial court and Mississippi Supreme Court, upheld on appeal, 2006.
