Has successfully argued numerous appeals involving issues of first impression or the reversal of multi-million dollar judgments in federal and state courts, including four en banc hearings before the Mississippi Supreme Court.
Has appeared as counsel for amici curiae in several federal and state appeals where the federal or state appellate courts have adopted the legal arguments of amici.
Has successfully defended antitrust class actions brought against BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. and Michelin Tire Company.
Has obtained habeas corpus relief from sentence of execution for indingent paranoid schizophrenic capital felon at State Penitentiary with federal court finding that capital felon is incompetent to be executed under the Eighth Amendment.
