  • Has successfully defended antitrust class actions brought against BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. and Michelin Tire Company.
  • Has obtained habeas corpus relief from sentence of execution for indingent paranoid schizophrenic capital felon at State Penitentiary with federal court finding that capital felon is incompetent to be executed under the Eighth Amendment.
