Over 250 federal and state court cases and contested agency hearings.
Lead counsel in more than 55 jury trials tried to verdicts in 16 states.
Appellate experience in six United States Courts of Appeals and nine state appellate courts.
Created the country's first company-wide Fair Treatment Process and Mandatory Arbitration Program for a major national healthcare corporation employing more than 110,000 employees and led the successful defense of the program in key cases decided by five federal courts of appeals.
