  • Wilbanks v. Dalkon Shield Claimants Trust 1998 WL 433940 (N.D. Miss.), cert. denied ___U.S. ___ (2000). Summary judgment for defendant granted; Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed.

The trial court in Calcasieu Parish, Louisiana, granted a directed verdict for the defendant, and the Louisiana appellate court affirmed.
