  • Chickasaw Nation Industries, NLRB Case No. 5-CA-060999 (2011) (successfully defended successor employer’s withdrawal of recognition from union).
  • Weyerhaeuser Company, NLRB Case No. 19-RC-15275 (2010) (represented employer in union organizing campaign; union withdrew petition prior to election).
  • Alliant Techsystems, Inc. and United Steelworkers Local 8-593 (2006) (successfully defended employer’s changes to benefits during contract term).
  • Hialeah Hospital, 343 NLRB No. 52, 2004 WL 2461358 (2004) (reversed Administrative Law Judge’s Decision imposing bargaining order on employer).
  • Saint Vincent Hospital, LLC, 2004 WL 1629745 (N.L.R.B. July 20, 2004) (represented employer in hearing on challenged ballots and objections to election).
