  • Over 250 federal and state court cases and contested agency hearings.
  • Lead counsel in more than 55 jury trials tried to verdicts in 16 states.
  • Appellate experience in six United States Courts of Appeals and nine state appellate courts.
  • Created the country’s first company-wide Fair Treatment Process and Mandatory Arbitration Program for a major national healthcare corporation employing more than 110,000 employees and led the successful defense of the program in key cases decided by five federal courts of appeals.
  • Arbitrated 80+ cases arising under collective-bargaining agreements and dispute resolution policies.
