Legal Experience
- Extensive experience in various transactional advisory services, regularly representing numerous public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, capital formation, public and private offerings and general transactional advice.
- Served as Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel of a client for whom he had performed substantial corporate finance and other transactional work, where he performed various legal and financial functions while overseeing all the administrative functions for the company which at its height, earned approximately $2.5 billion in revenues and employed approximately 20,000 employees.
- Served as a consultant to a national investment banking firm and took a position as President of a local, privately-held holding company where he also served as General Counsel to its operating subsidiaries.
