  • Lead Counsel for County Board of Supervisors before USDA National Appeals Division.
  • Assisted the Trial Team in the following cases:
    • Beare/Gaffney v. Johnson & Johnson, et al. – Six-week trial in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Atlantic County; resulted in complete defense verdicts
    • Rosenberg v. Merck – First Fosamax case to go to trial in New Jersey coordinated mass tort litigation; resulted in defense verdict
    • Louise Maley v. Merck & Co., Inc. - Trial in United States District Court for the Southern District of New York; resulted in defense verdict.
