Ohlwein Joins Butler Snow’s Memphis Office

Butler, Snow, O’Mara, Stevens & Cannada, PLLC, announced today that David W. Ohlwein has joined the firm.  Located in Butler Snow’s Memphis office, Ohlwein is a member of the firm’s Healthcare Regulatory and Transactions Group, where he focuses on business and commercial transactions, healthcare law, and regulatory compliance counsel and advice.

Ohlwein is a member of the American Bar Association.  He received a Juris Doctorate from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa.
