Randy Noel Named Life Member of Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference of the U.S. Court of Appeals

We are proud to congratulate [professional id=”2511″] on his recent accomplishments. This past year Randy was named a life member of the Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference of the United States Court of Appeals. Randy also recently concluded a two-year term on the American Bar Association’s commission on the future of legal services, and a six-year term as the state chair of the Fellows of the American Bar Foundation.

Randy has engaged in a civil trial practice for more than 35 years, with an emphasis on commercial, banking, antitrust, class action, data security and products liability matters. He is a member of the American Counsel Association, Tennessee Bar Association, Tennessee Legal Community Foundation, Southern Conference of Bar Presidents, American Bar Association, American Bar Foundation, Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference, American Judicature Society, American Law Institute and American Bar Association Continuing Legal Education board, Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, Tennessee Supreme Court Historical Society,  and the International Association of Defense Counsel.

Randy has been previously appointed to the Governor’s Council for Judicial Appointments. He is listed in Chambers USA for litigation: general commercial, The Best Lawyers in America® for commercial litigation: litigation banking and finance, Mid-South Super Lawyers® for business litigation and the Lawdragon 3000. He is AV-Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has been named to the Top 150 Lawyers in Tennessee by the Business Tennessee Magazine. Randy was named to The Player’s List for business litigation and the Power Player’s List by the Memphis Business Quarterly. He has served as a fellow for the American Bar Foundation, Tennessee Bar Foundation and Memphis Bar Foundation.

Randy received both his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi.
