We are proud to announce that Brad Mayhew has been re-appointed to the board of directors of the Alabama Federal Tax Clinic.
Founded in 1947, the Alabama Federal Tax Clinic has provided quality educational service to certified public accountants and tax lawyers in the southeast. Each year the program is designed by the board of directors of the Federal Tax Clinic, Inc. The board itself is comprised of members appointed by the Alabama State Bar, the Alabama Society of certified public accountants and the University of Alabama. Using their expertise and feedback from clinic participants, the board has developed and maintained a quality clinic for more than 60 years.
Brad serves clients with his expertise in a variety of matters including: mergers and acquisitions, business reorganizations, business structure and capitalization, business and commercial transactions, financial services, commercial lending, real estate law, estate administration, estate and trust planning, corporate and partnership taxation and aviation law.
Brad is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama State Bar, Birmingham Bar Association, Business Council of Alabama, Alabama Federal Tax Clinic, National Federation of Independent Businesses and Farrah Law Society. He is AV-Rated by Martindale Hubbell. Brad received his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama and an LL.M in taxation from New York University. Brad received his Juris Doctor from the University of Alabama.
