Butler Snow attorney Tray Hairston recently spoke at Tedx Jackson on how Mississippi can utilize the healthcare industry as an economic driver.
Hairston, who practices in the firm’s Public Finance, Tax Incentives and Credit Markets group, has managed several major economic development projects and drafted legislation and regulations related to the Mississippi Health Care Industry Zone Act of 2012. He has also served as Bond Counsel for various cities and counties throughout the State of Mississippi. His practice is focused on public finance, economic development, and government relations.
